  2. Supplier Shipment: We immediately order your items from our supplier, who ships them directly to our central processing facility. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
  3. In-House Processing: Once the items arrive at our facility, our dedicated team inspects, prepares, and packages your order for final shipment to you. This processing step usually takes 1-2 business days.
  4. Final Shipment: Your order is dispatched from our facility to your address via standard ground shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Combining our supplier shipping, in-house processing, and final shipping times, the total estimated delivery window is typically 6 to 11 business days from the date you place your order.

  • Please Note: This timeframe is an estimate. Deliveries are made on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen delays (such as carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, or supplier stock availability) can occasionally occur.
